INTEQOR

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Inteqor handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our workflow consulting, automation, AI, and application development services. It applies to this website and related inquiries. Separate agreements and privacy notices may apply to client projects and applications we build for others.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you choose to provide. If we correspond with you, we also receive the information in that correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or confidential business records through the inquiry form.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the website. The contact form also processes submission identifiers and timing information to detect abuse and reduce duplicate messages.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form and AI assistant from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as IP address, browser and connection information, and the site being visited to evaluate requests and improve bot detection. We verify a security token before sending an inquiry or requesting an AI reply. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

2. How we use information

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The contact form does not automatically send your inquiry to an AI model. The optional AI assistant processes chat messages separately, as described below.

AI assistant

If you choose to send a chat message, we send your message and the conversation context to OpenAI to generate a reply. The assistant is AI, can make mistakes, and does not send inquiries or contact our team on your behalf. Use the contact form for a human response. Do not enter confidential business records, passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information in chat.

We keep the visible chat in the current page session, not in a chat transcript database. Refreshing the page or choosing New chat clears that local conversation. We request that OpenAI not store responses as retrievable application records. This does not prevent provider security or abuse-monitoring retention; OpenAI may retain API content for up to 30 days under its standard abuse-monitoring practices, with exceptions described in its policies. Clearing the local chat does not delete information already processed by providers. See OpenAI data controls.

To limit misuse and control usage, we store request counts, expiry times, and a keyed, hourly-changing identifier derived from an IP address. We do not store the raw IP address or message content in this usage-limit database. Visitor counters expire after the hourly window; aggregate counters expire after their daily or monthly window. Expired counters are removed when the assistant next processes a request. Infrastructure providers may separately retain technical logs.

3. Who receives information

We use service providers to host and deliver the website, send inquiry emails, operate our business mailbox, and maintain security. This includes Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, Resend for form email delivery, and OpenAI when you use the AI assistant. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Authorized people handling your inquiry may access the resulting correspondence.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to professional advisers where needed, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable protections. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking choices

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party behavioral analytics, or marketing cookies to this website. Hosting and security services may use technical storage or cookies needed to provide their services; a restricted review version may also use sign-in cookies. We do not track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising.

Because this website does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking, its behavior does not change in response to browser Do Not Track signals. A Global Privacy Control signal does not enable any sale or advertising sharing; we do not conduct those activities through this site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may differ for business correspondence, service-provider logs, and backups. The website does not maintain a separate customer inquiry database; form messages are routed to our business mailbox through our email provider.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted website connections, server-side handling of email credentials, and input validation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your requests and choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by using our contact form or writing to the address below. Please state that your message is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and legal or legitimate recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion. Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We will handle requests under applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Children and international visitors

This website offers business services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

Inteqor is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

8. External websites and future features

Links to projects, app stores, or other websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Their policies govern information collected there. If we introduce new features or change our information practices, we will update this policy and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or required. Changes will not override rights or consent requirements that apply to previously collected information.
